All personnel assigned by the Institution to perform the Services shall possess the requisite academic credentials, terminal degrees, and subject-matter expertise.
1.3 Client Cooperation. The Client shall provide timely access to all necessary source documents, institutional data, bibliographic materials, and feedback required by the Institution to execute the Services. Furthermore, the Institution reserves the right to suspend the performance of any ongoing Services until all delinquent amounts are paid in full.
2.5 Expenses. The Client shall reimburse the Institution for all pre-approved, out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the performance of the Services (including travel, specialized database subscriptions, and archival access fees), provided that the Institution submits contemporaneous receipts and supporting documentation.
