3. OPERATIVE CLAUSES & TERMS
3.1 TERM AND DURATION
- License Period: The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee, and the Licensee accepts, a revocable, non-transferable license to occupy the Scheduled Property for a period of

3.5 USE OF SCHEDULED PROPERTY

- Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. The courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
