OPERATIVE CLAUSES & TERMS
1. TERM OF LEASE
1.1 The Lessor hereby grants and the Lessee takes on lease the Scheduled Premises for a total term of [Number] months, commencing from [Lease Start Date] and expiring on [Lease Expiry Date] (the "Lease Term").
