2. OPERATIVE CLAUSES & TERMS
1. Grant of Lease and Bailment
The Supplier hereby leases to the Customer, and the Customer hereby rents from the Supplier, the Equipment specified in Schedule A, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement creates a bailment for mutual benefit; title to the Equipment shall at all times remain exclusively with the Supplier.
2. Fees, Security Deposit, and Payment Terms
- 2.1 Rental Fee: The Customer shall pay a recurring rental fee of

- 4.2 Risk of Loss: The Customer assumes all risk of loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the Equipment from any cause whatsoever while in the Customer’s custody or control, excluding ordinary wear and tear verified by the Supplier.

5. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

6. Default and Termination
