Section 7. Acceleration of Maturity
Upon the occurrence of any Event of Default, and at any time thereafter (unless such Event of Default is waived in writing by the School), the School may, at its sole option and without notice, demand, presentment, or protest (all of which are hereby expressly waived by the Borrower and Guarantor), declare the entire unpaid principal balance of this Note, together with all accrued and unpaid interest and all other sums secured hereby, immediately due and payable. Failure to exercise this option shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exercise the same at any other time.
