[Principal Full Legal Name]). - Ensure the "Effective Date" matches the date of the Notary acknowledgment.
Step 2: Signatory Verification

- The Agent should review the "Acceptance of Appointment" section to ensure they understand their fiduciary obligations under Oklahoma law (15 O.S. § 1001).

- Banking: Provide a certified copy of the executed POA to all financial institutions where the Principal holds accounts.
- Retention: Keep the original in a fireproof safe or with legal counsel. Provide high-resolution digital copies to the Agent and Successor Agent.
