INSTITUTIONAL LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR MOTOR VEHICLE TRANSACTIONS
DOCUMENT ID: LPOA-MVT-2026-V1
EFFECTIVE DATE: [Effective Date]
VERSION: 1.0 (Institutional Form)
GOVERNING JURISDICTION: State of [State of Jurisdiction], United States of America
1. STATUTORY & LEGAL COMPLIANCE NOTICE
CRITICAL LEGAL ADVICE: This Limited Power of Attorney is a formal legal instrument that grants specific, binding authority to a designated agent regarding valuable personal property (a motor vehicle). Motor vehicle title laws, registration protocols, and Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) administrative rules vary significantly across jurisdictions. Certain states strictly mandate the use of specific, state-issued forms, mandatory statutory warning language, witness attestations, or notarization by a licensed Notary Public to effectuate the transfer, registration, or titling of a motor vehicle.
Execution of this document without strict adherence to local statutory mandates may result in rejection by state titling agencies, civil liability, or legal invalidation of the acts performed hereunder. The Principal and Attorney-in-Fact are strongly advised to consult with local legal counsel and verify the specific documentary requirements of the applicable state Department of Motor Vehicles prior to execution and deployment.
2. PARTIES & RECITALS
THIS LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY is executed and entered into as of the [Effective Date] (the "Effective Date"), by and between:
