- Document Review & Customization: Open this document in Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Replace all bracketed placeholder text (e.g.,
[Company Full Legal Name],[Principal Address],[Amount in USD]) with the accurate legal information corresponding to your corporate structure and the designated agent. - Verify Signatory Authority: Ensure that the individual signing on behalf of the Principal (the company granting the power) holds explicit authority under the company's Bylaws, Operating Agreement, or Board Resolutions to execute agency and power of attorney instruments.
- Execution via Wet-Ink or Digital Signature: Print the finalized document for physical wet-ink execution, or route it through an enterprise digital signature platform (such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign) to capture authenticated electronic signatures from both the Principal's authorized representative and the Attorney-in-Fact.

- Record Retention & Filing:
- Store the original executed master document in the permanent corporate minute book and legal vault of the Principal.
- Provide a certified true copy of this instrument to the Attorney-in-Fact.
- File certified copies with specific financial institutions, commercial counterparties, or state/local registries as required to operationalize the specific grants of authority set forth herein.
