Operative Terms

1. Grant of Rights: Participant hereby grants to Producer, its successors, assigns, and licensees, the irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, publish, reproduce, distribute, edit, and display the Participant’s name, likeness, voice, image, and biographical information (the "Likeness") in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to digital media, social media, print, and broadcast, in connection with the Project.

2. Waiver of Inspection: Participant understands and agrees that they shall have no right of inspection or approval regarding the final product, the use to which the Likeness may be applied, or the context in which the Likeness may be utilized.

3. Release and Indemnity: Participant hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless the Producer and its employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Likeness, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights of publicity.

4. Compensation: Participant acknowledges that they are participating in the Project voluntarily and shall receive [ ] no compensation / [ ] the following compensation: [__________] for the rights granted herein.
