4.1 Confidential Information (இரகசியத் தகவல்)
"Confidential Information" shall include all proprietary information, trade secrets, business plans, technical data, and financial records disclosed by one Party to the other, whether orally or in writing.
4.2 Non-Disclosure Covenant (வெளியிடாமை ஒப்பந்தம்)
Both Parties covenant that they shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information shared during the subsistence of this MOU. Neither Party shall disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing Party, except as required by applicable law or judicial process.
5. TERM, TERMINATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION (காலம், முடிவு மற்றும் தகராறு தீர்வு)
