1. Parties and Definitions
This Subcontract Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Date] by and between: Prime Contractor: [Full Legal Name of Prime], a [State of Incorporation] [Entity Type], with its principal place of business at [Full Business Address] ("Prime").
