LEGAL NOTICE AND DISCLAIMER

This document is a formal expression of intent to provide volunteer services. It is not an employment contract. The Volunteer hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Organization, its officers, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by the Volunteer while participating in volunteer activities, whether caused by the negligence of the Organization or otherwise.

6. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party. The Organization reserves the right to terminate the Volunteer’s engagement immediately for misconduct or breach of policy.

7. GOVERNING LAW
