2. TERM

The Base Term of this Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] ("Commencement Date") and shall terminate on [End Date] ("Termination Date"), unless terminated earlier in accordance with the default provisions of this Agreement. 6. USE, OPERATION, AND RESTRICTIONS
