- 6.2 Maintenance & Service: At its sole cost and expense, Lessee shall maintain the Equipment in optimal operating condition, performing all routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs required by the manufacturer.
- 6.3 Replacement Parts: Any parts, components, or attachments affixed to the Equipment shall immediately become the property of Lessor and accessioned to the Equipment.
- 6.4 Modifications: Lessee shall not make any structural, mechanical, electrical, or software modifications to the Equipment without the express prior written consent of Lessor.
7. Risk of Loss, Damage, and Insurance
- 7.1 Risk of Loss: From the time of delivery until the Equipment is returned to and accepted by Lessor, Lessee bears the entire risk of loss, theft, destruction, or damage to the Equipment from any cause whatsoever ("Casualty Loss").
- 7.2 Insurance Coverage: Lessee shall, at its sole expense, maintain comprehensive commercial general liability insurance and property damage/casualty insurance covering the Equipment for its full replacement value. 8. Taxes, Assessments, and Governmental Charges

9. Inspection Rights

10. Default and Remedies
- 10.1 Events of Default: The occurrence of any of the following shall constitute an immediate Event of Default:

Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, Lessee shall, at its sole expense, de-install, crate, and return the Equipment to Lessor in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear excepted, delivered to [Designated Return Facility / Destination].
12. Limitation of Liability and Warranties
