6. EXECUTION GUIDE (INSTRUCTIONS)

2. Notarization/Registration: While notarization provides evidentiary support, for any lease exceeding 11 months, mandatory registration under the Registration Act, 1908, at the local Sub-Registrar’s office is legally required to ensure the document is admissible in court.
