4. OPERATIVE CLAUSES & TERMS

1. TERM OF LEASE

1.1. 6. COVENANTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSOR

Assure the Lessee of quiet and peaceful possession of the Scheduled Property during the Term without interruption or disturbance from the Lessor or persons claiming through them. 6.2. Ensure all structural elements, plumbing, and electrical wiring are sound and operational at the time of handing over possession. 6.3. Return the Security Deposit immediately upon vacation of the premises, subject to Section 3.2.

7. TERMINATION AND NOTICE PERIOD
