1. PARTIES & DEFINITIONS

2. TERM & RENT

6. EXECUTION GUIDE

• Stamping: Under the Stamp Duty Act (Jamaica), this document must be presented to the Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) for stamping within 30 days of execution to be admissible in a court of law.
• Inventory: Attach a detailed "Schedule of Condition" (including photographs of fixtures/fittings) as an Addendum to prevent disputes regarding the return of the Security Deposit.
• Identification: Ensure both parties provide valid government-issued identification (National ID, Passport, or Driver’s License) to be attached as an Appendix to this agreement.
