1. OFFICIAL NOTICE & COMPLIANCE DISCLAIMER

  • Disassembling, modifying, upgrading, or attempting physical repairs on any hardware component.
  • Exporting Company data or IT Assets across international borders in violation of export control regulations without prior written authorization from the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Clause 3: Security, Encryption, and Access Control

Clause 4: Audit, Inspection, and Monitoring

Clause 5: Asset Return, Termination, and Remediation
