Operative Clauses

3. FTC Compliance: Influencer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, including the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising. 4. Rights & Ownership: Influencer grants Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the Deliverables for marketing purposes. Influencer retains moral rights where applicable, but waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product once used in accordance with this agreement.
5. Exclusivity: During the term of [Number] days before and after the posting date, Influencer shall not promote any direct competitors of the Company, specifically: [List Competitors or write "None"].
