INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Completion: The "Client" or authorized representative must complete the bracketed fields in Sections 1–4. Both parties must initial each page and sign the Execution Block.
• Filing & Retention: Both parties must retain a fully executed digital or physical copy for a minimum of seven (7) years to satisfy standard audit and tax documentation requirements.
• Attachments: Mandatory attachments include Exhibit A (Scope of Work) and Exhibit B (Payment Schedule); ensure these are physically stapled or digitally linked to the master agreement.
