Instructions for Use

• Completion: Both the Client and the Freelance Makeup Artist (MUA) must complete all bracketed fields. Ensure the "Scope of Services" explicitly defines the number of looks and locations.
• Filing/Retention: Both parties shall retain a fully executed digital or physical copy of this agreement for a minimum of seven (7) years following the completion of the project for tax and liability auditing purposes.
• Mandatory Attachments: Attach any specific "Mood Boards," "Design Specifications," or "Travel Reimbursement Schedules" as Exhibit A to this agreement.

Client warrants that they do not have any known allergies or skin conditions that would preclude makeup application. The MUA shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions to products, provided industry-standard sanitation and professional-grade materials are used.
