5. CONFIDENTIALITY & IP

All work product, designs, code, or intellectual property created under this Agreement shall be the sole property of the Company. The Freelancer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Company’s proprietary information during and after the term of this Agreement.

6. TERMINATION
