4. Relationship Status

The parties acknowledge that the Contractor is an independent contractor, not an employee. The Contractor is responsible for their own tax, superannuation, and insurance obligations.

All Intellectual Property rights arising from the "Scope of Services" shall vest exclusively in the Principal upon full payment of the relevant invoice.

6. Confidentiality

The Contractor shall keep all proprietary information, trade secrets, and operational data of the Principal strictly confidential during and after the term of this Agreement.

7. Termination
