INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Completion: Both parties (Client and Animator/Studio) must initial each page and complete all bracketed fields before commencement of work.
Filing & Retention: Signed copies must be retained by both parties for a minimum of seven (7) years following the completion of the project for audit and tax compliance.
Mandatory Attachments: Ensure the following are appended: (A) Detailed Scope of Work (SOW), (B) Payment Schedule, and (C) Technical Asset Requirements.
