STEP-BY-STEP EXECUTION AND FILING GUIDE
- Drafting: Copy the text above into your document editor (Word/Docs). Replace all bracketed items (e.g.,
[Company Full Legal Name]) with actual entity data. Ensure Exhibit A (Scope of Services) is appended as a separate document or final page. - Verification: Verify that the "Authorized Signatory" for each entity has the corporate power to bind the company (e.g., CEO, CFO, or authorized Director).
- Digital Signature: Upload the final PDF to a secure platform like DocuSign or Adobe Sign. This ensures an audit trail of the signing process, which is critical for enforcing the contract in court.
- Record Retention: Store the executed PDF in a secure, centralized Contract Management System (CMS) or a restricted-access digital vault. Set automated calendar reminders for key milestones, contract expiration dates, or renewal windows.
- Confidentiality: Ensure the document is marked as "Confidential" and access is restricted only to stakeholders who require the information to execute their duties.
