1. ENGAGEMENT OF SERVICES

The Company hereby engages the Contractor to perform delivery services as an independent contractor. The Contractor agrees to provide such services as requested by the Company, which may include the transport and delivery of goods, packages, or food items (the "Services").

2. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

The Contractor is an independent contractor, not an employee. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state, and local taxes, including self-employment taxes, and shall not be entitled to any employee benefits, including but not limited to health insurance, retirement plans, or paid leave.

3. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Contractor agrees to:

• Perform the Services in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide their own vehicle, fuel, insurance, and all necessary equipment to perform the Services.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and valid vehicle insurance at all times.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information obtained during the performance of the Services.

4. COMPENSATION

The Company shall pay the Contractor as follows:
