In the event of a material breach of this Agreement, the non-defaulting Party shall provide written notice specifying the exact nature of the default. The defaulting Party shall have thirty (30) business days from the receipt of such written notice to cure the default to the reasonable satisfaction of the non-defaulting Party.

Section 4.3 Termination Rights

If the defaulting Party fails to cure the material breach within the thirty (30) business day cure period, the non-defaulting Party may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice, without penalty or further obligation. Furthermore, the Data Controller reserves the right to suspend data processing operations immediately if a Security Incident poses an imminent, severe threat to the rights and freedoms of Data Subjects.
