4. WAIVER AND RELEASE

Subject hereby releases, discharges, and holds harmless Company, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Materials, including but not limited to claims for defamation, libel, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity.

5. OWNERSHIP

Subject acknowledges that Company is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, titles, and interests in the Materials, including all copyrights therein. Subject waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection therewith.

6. GOVERNING LAW
