Section 2: Intellectual Property & Ownership

2.1. Exclusive Ownership. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that all rights, title, and interest in and to the Recordings, including all worldwide copyright and intellectual property rights therein, shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company. The Participant retains no ownership rights in the finished products, derivative works, or master recordings.

2.2. Waiver of Claims. The Participant hereby releases and discharges the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Recordings, including, without limitation, any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, or economic loss.

Section 3: Compensation & Consideration

3.1. Full Consideration.
