RECITALS

1. OPERATIONAL DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Clinical Supervision" refers to the formal, ongoing process by which the Supervisor monitors and directs the clinical work of the Supervisee to ensure professional standards and patient safety. 1.2 "Direct Supervision" means the physical or synchronous digital presence of the Supervisor during the review of clinical cases. 1.3 "Professional Liability Insurance" means a comprehensive policy maintained by the Supervisee covering acts, errors, or omissions occurring within the scope of clinical practice. 1.4 "Effective Date" refers to the date first written above. 1.5 "Jurisdiction" refers to the state/territory of [Jurisdiction].

2. SUBSTANTIVE TERMS & OBLIGATIONS

3. DEFAULT, TERMINATION, AND REMEDIES

The breaching party shall have [30] business days to cure said breach.
