3. EXHAUSTIVE OPERATIVE CLAUSES & LEGAL TERMS

SECTION 1: SCOPE OF SERVICES & ENGAGEMENT

If the Carrier agrees to perform multimodal transport, the Carrier undertakes responsibility for the entire transport from the point of receipt in Pakistan to the ultimate delivery destination, assuming liability as a principal carrier for all legs of transit, whether by sea, rail, road, or air. 1.3 Regulatory Compliance. The Shipper warrants that all Cargo tendered for shipment complies fully with the customs laws, export-import controls, port authority regulations, and anti-terrorism laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The Carrier reserves the right to inspect, weigh, and measure the Cargo at the Shipper's expense to verify compliance with declared specifications.

SECTION 2: COMPENSATION & PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Freight and Tariffs. The Carrier may enforce such lien through public or private sale of the Cargo in accordance with local statutory notice requirements in Pakistan.

SECTION 3: TERM & TERMINATION

3.1 Term. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of one (1) year, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions herein.
